Before it stood down at the end of March 2014, the South East Wales Transport Alliance (Sewta) published a Bus and Community Transport Regional Network Strategy under guidelines issued by the Welsh Government.
This document, which has been endorsed by the Council, sets out the vision and objectives for local bus service and community transport provision across South East Wales over the next five years .
