Community Infrastructure Levy Examination

Examination Process

On the 27th February 2014, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council submitted its Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule and Statement of Modifications to the Planning Inspectorate for independent Examination.

Inspector Appointed

Philip Staddon BSc, Dip, MBA, MRTPI has been appointed as the independent Examiner to conduct the Examination of the CIL Draft Charging Schedule and Statement of Modifications.

Examination Hearing

The Examination Hearing took place on Wednesday 7th May 2014 at the Valleys Innovation Centre, Navigation Park, Abercynon, Mountain Ash, CF45 4SN. The Examination was concluded in one day. Hearing Programme and Main Issues (PDF)
