Did you know materials from the batteries will be recovered and used to make new batteries or something else?
If you put your batteries in your black bag waste they will be taken to landfill sites and damage the environment.
ALL battery retailers must take back any type of sealed battery that can be carried without difficulty by an average person.
This includes (but is not limited to) AA, AAA and 9v batteries, rechargeable batteries. More information can be found on this website.
