ACL staff enjoyed the morning
On Friday 20th March Rhydyfelin community centre, Hawthorn played host to successful local community Info Pop Up Event which was held to bring together a wide range of organisations and clubs for a friendly, well‑attended morning of information sharing and conversation.
Visitors praised the welcoming atmosphere, variety of stalls and the chance to connect with support, activities and preventative services all in one place. Feedback described the event as well organised, inclusive and enjoyable, with many attendees saying they would love to see more events like it in the future.
Adult Community Learning were pleased to be invited to this event and enjoyed meeting many visitors and chatting about our courses and what we had to offer. It was also good to listen to suggestions which we have taken on board ready for our new program of courses starting in September.
