Tribute in the Park - Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales

 
  • Ticket sales are final and are non refundable and non transferable. Inevitably bad weather can affect any event. If we have to cancel the event as it is unsafe to proceed, visitors will be offered an alternative date/time if applicable. A refund will only be offered if Rhondda Heritage Park cancels the event.
  • By entering the event, you accept that you have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions.
  • All persons entering the event must pay for admission or hold a valid ticket.
  • Any persons entering the event may be searched by authorised personnel on entry or at any time during the Attraction. Failure to submit to any requested search by authorised personnel will lead to refusal of admission and/or ejection.
  • Unnecessary noise or any behaviour likely to cause distress, confusion or nuisance or affect the safety of the other guests or staff is not permitted in any part of the Attraction.
  • Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited. Appropriate clothing and shoes must be worn at all times whilst at the event. Clothing bearing political or offensive statements is not permitted in the event.
  • Animals are not permitted at the event except for guide and assistance dogs.
  • No bottles, cans, containers, containing alcohol are allowed to be brought into the venue. A range of food and drink will be available within the event arena.
  • ID will be required in order to purchase alcohol for those who appear under the age of 21 years.
  • Fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners, poles or other similar articles are not permitted in the venue and any person in possession of any such articles may be refused entrance.
  • The holder may be ejected from the venue if the holder fails to comply with the reasonable instructions of a steward or other person acting on behalf of Rhondda Heritage Park.
  • There may be an administration charge/booking fee for the issue of the event tickets; this may be variable with each individual Box Office.
  • The holder consents to being recorded and / or filmed and the recording and / or film being exploited in any and all media throughout the world or any part.
  • No tickets may be resold, used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of Rhondda Heritage Park. Any tickets re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the event arena.
  • We are expecting a large number of visitors to the event so there may be a waiting time. Whilst we will endeavour to let you access the event soon as possible please be aware that there may be a short wait.
  • Though every effort will be made to deliver the experience as advertised there may be times where this is not possible. Rhondda Heritage Park reserves the right to amend, change or alter elements of the event without prior notice.
  • This multiple artist event is judged by reference to the overall theme rather than the individual acts scheduled to appear. Therefore if for unavoidable circumstances a scheduled artist is unable to perform but the promoter continues to run the event, no refunds will be issued. Booking fees and postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Rhondda Heritage Park does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the ticket holder’s property.
  • Rhondda Heritage Park reserves the right to refuse admission to the event, ban from entry to the event, or remove from the event without any right to a refund any person who breaches these terms and conditions.
