Who we are what we do
The Creating Resilience for Emotional Wellbeing (CREW) Programme is designed for children aged 8–11 and aims to support them in developing a better understanding of their emotions, while building confidence and resilience through practical tools and coping strategies.
The programme is delivered through tailored one-to-one sessions, ensuring individual needs are fully supported. Sessions can take place in a variety of settings, including the child’s home, school, or within the community, depending on what is most suitable and accessible.
All activities are play-based to promote engagement and are delivered by qualified Wellbeing Support Workers (WSWs), ensuring a supportive and professional approach throughout.

We process personal in order to support Children. This may include but is not limited to the following activities:
- Discuss the programme in detail
- Establish what support is needed
- Create an action plan
- Carry out activities
- Support and guide individuals involved in the service
Our lawful basis for processing the personal data
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our lawful basis for processing the personal data to provide The CREW Programme is;
- Public Task - Article 6 (e) – processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
- Substantial public interest - Article 9 (2) (g) - processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest, on the basis of Union or Member State law which shall be proportionate to the aim pursued, respect the essence of the right to data protection and provide for suitable and specific measures to safeguard the fundamental rights and the interests of the data subject.
- Statutory etc. and Government Purposes – DPA2018 – Schedule 1 – Part 6 – processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest.

Data Processors
A data processor is a company or organisation that processes personal data on our behalf. Our data processors act only upon our instruction. They cannot do anything with the personal data unless we instruct them to do so. They will not share the personal data with any organisation apart from us or use it for their own purposes. How long we retain the personal data

In keeping with the General Data Protection Regulation storage limitation principle, records are periodically reviewed. Not all personal data is retained. Only personal data that is relevant to the record is retained for the entire retention period (e.g. documents that contain assessments, decisions, outcomes etc.). Information that has no long term or evidential value is routinely destroyed in the normal course of business.
