Where can I get tickets from?
Tickets for RCT 90’s Summer Party have SOLD OUT. We will not be selling any additional tickets.
How do I access my tickets?
E-tickets will be emailed to the account used at point of purchase.
Am I allowed to take food into the event arena?
You will not be allowed to take food into the event arena. There will be a variety of food vendors in the arena that you will be able to purchase food and drink from.
Ticket holders are advised that food and drink will be allowed into Ynysangharad War Memorial Park and can be consumed along the designated queuing route prior to entry into the Concert Arena.
Can I bring my own water into the event?
Ticket holders may bring one sealed 500ml bottle of water into the event or an empty bottle of any size to be filled at our water refill station inside the event.
Can I bring in my own alcohol/drinks?
No, there will be bars and refreshment outlets on the event site where you will be able to purchase alcohol and refreshments. Please note that our bar area is CARD ONLY. Please note there is a PSPO in place that covers Ynysangharad War Memorial Park making it an offense to drink alcohol outside of the licenced event site.
How old do I have to be to attend?
Any age can attend (as long as they have a ticket) but we ask parents / guardians over the age of 21 to accompany children under the age of 16 years.
Do children need tickets?
Yes, all people attending the event will require tickets.
What times will the gates be opening?
Gates will open at 3pm. Last entry is 8pm.
What gates do I use to access the park?
Access will be via Llys Cadwyn Bridge and Marks and Spencer’s Bridge.
What time will the park be closed from on the day of the concert?
The park will be closed to members of the public from 12pm on the day of the concert.
Can I leave and return to the event arena later in the day?
No, we operate a no return policy, once you have had your ticket scanned on entry you will not be able to leave the event arena and return.

There are a number of Council operated pay and display car parks within walking distance of Ynysangharad War memorial park, further information on these can be found on our website www.rctcbc.gov.uk/councilcarparks
Is there parking available within the park for disabled users?
No, there is no parking available within the grounds of Ynysangharad War Memorial Park, all of the Council operated car parks have a number of designated blue badge holder bays, further information on these can be found on the paring link above.
What time will the event finish?
The concerts are due to finish at 10:30pm.
Will I be able to take chairs and seating in the event arena?
No chairs or furniture will be allowed into the event arena. You can bring a blanket to sit on.
Will there be toilets on site?
Yes, there will be toilets for customers use on the event site.
What’s the postcode of the park so I can use my sat nav?
Postcode to input is CF37 4PE, this will take you to Ynysangharad War Memorial Park. Please note, there is no parking within Ynysangharad War Memorial Park, a list of nearby car parks can be found here: www.rctcbc.gov.uk/councilcarparks

Will there be a designated area for me to watch the performance from my wheelchair?
A purpose built viewing area will be available to wheelchair users. Space within this area is limited and you will NOT be able to pre-book places. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis on the day. Please note that for each wheelchair there is only one space allocated for a single carer (seating will be supplied for this carer).
Will there be an opportunity to meet and greet the performers?
Due to the high demand there will be no paid for or donated meet and greets on the day available through us.
What happens if it rains?
This is an outdoor concert, please come prepared for inclement weather. The concert will go ahead come rain or shine.
What can’t I bring into the concert?
NO chairs
NO professional cameras, drones or recording equipment are allowed in the event arena.
NO bottles, cans, containers, alcohol, or food are allowed to be brought into the venue. Please note the PSPO in place covering Pontypridd making it an offense to consume alcohol in a non-licenced premises (on the street or in a public space).
Fireworks, smoke canisters, flags poles, umbrellas, picnic equipment, BBQ’s or similar articles are not permitted in the venue.
No aerosols, drugs or drug related items are permitted into the venue.
Bag searches will be conducted at the arena entry point.

Who should I contact with regards to lost property at the event?
If you find you have lost something on the day of the event, please go to the yellow 'What's On' marquee and ask a member staff if any lost property has been handed in.
If you realise after the event that you have lost something during one of the concerts, then please contact the Councils Events Department on events@rctcbc.gov.uk.
Please note that identification maybe required and we will not send out any items via post, these will need to be collected in person.
Please note, all items of lost property found in Ynysangharad War Memorial Park during the concert should be handed in to a member of staff at the yellow 'What's On' marquee.
