Dragons Breath flat bread

 

Ingredients

166g pizza/ bread dough mix

100ml Water

Topping

500g Tomatoes (halved)

3 cloves of Garlic (crushed)

1 bunch of fresh Thyme

1 quarter pint Olive oil

250g Chorizo (diced)

30g Dragons Breath Cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Make up the flat bread dough mix by adding the water slowly to avoid any lumps in the dough
  2. Line round tin with greaseproof to avoid dough sticking to bottom of tin
  3. Roll out dough to fit your round tin, prick dough with a fork
  4. Coat the flat bread base with roasted tomato mixture spreading evenly
  5. Add the Dragons Breath cheese and the diced Chorizo
  6. Bake in the oven until well risen and slightly golden
  7. Divide into 4 and serve with a mixed salad
  1. Lay Tomatoes in roasting tin rub with Garlic and Oil add a little Thyme, cook for 10 minutes in a preheated oven set at 180c
