Ingredients
166g pizza/ bread dough mix
100ml Water
Topping
500g Tomatoes (halved)
3 cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 bunch of fresh Thyme
1 quarter pint Olive oil
250g Chorizo (diced)
30g Dragons Breath Cheddar cheese
Method
- Make up the flat bread dough mix by adding the water slowly to avoid any lumps in the dough
- Line round tin with greaseproof to avoid dough sticking to bottom of tin
- Roll out dough to fit your round tin, prick dough with a fork
- Coat the flat bread base with roasted tomato mixture spreading evenly
- Add the Dragons Breath cheese and the diced Chorizo
- Bake in the oven until well risen and slightly golden
- Divide into 4 and serve with a mixed salad
- Lay Tomatoes in roasting tin rub with Garlic and Oil add a little Thyme, cook for 10 minutes in a preheated oven set at 180c
