The Taff Vale redevelopment is a £38m project that will deliver an ambitious three building, office-led regeneration scheme at the heart of Pontypridd. The redevelopment will consist of a mixture of offices as well as leisure facilities, which include a gym and a library.
Located at the site of the former Taff Vale precinct, the project will form a cornerstone of the Council’s ambitious RCTinvest programme that has already seen £200m of investment across the County Borough since 2016/17.
The redevelopment of the Taff Vales site provides opportunities for the whole of Rhondda Cynon Taf as well as the South East Wales region, delivering significant economic benefits by transforming the commercial offer in Pontypridd, supporting job creation, increasing footfall in the town and contributing to the economic growth of the City Region.
