Looking after your health

Keeping on top of the cost-of-living increases can be challenging and may affect our mental health and wellbeing. The key is to talk about your feelings and know that you aren't alone, others are going through the same thing and we can all support each other through these difficult times.

Check out our wellbeing booklet which contains all the support available to staff internally, as well as support externally.
