The foundation to our wellbeing starts with ourselves, self-care is vital in maintaining our wellbeing and other interventions can be used to provide further support or strengthen our wellbeing when we need it. Staff can self-refer for a wellbeing assessment. Our Wellbeing Assessment has been designed to get you to the most appropriate and effective form of support and intervention as quickly as possible. During the assessment you will get a chance to speak to a professional about your mental health and how it affects your wellbeing at work. The professional will then talk to you and recommend appropriate next steps.
For some, it may just be a matter of talking to someone and that’s all they need. For others, it may be that they need additional support such as counselling, coaching or specific intervention such as drug and alcohol support.
Self-referrals are fully confidential and Occupational Health DO NOT provide information back to your manager or HR.
