It’s the news you have all been hoping for – the incredible team at the National Lido of Wales, Lido Ponty have decided to stay on and keep the beloved attraction open throughout half term – AND there will be a Boxing Day swim.
That means Lido-lovers can continue to enjoy early morning swims and fun activity sessions until October 29, marking the end of what has been a record-breaking main season for Lido Ponty, with a staggering 94,000 people visiting.
And it is incredible to be able to end the year in style with the ever-popular Boxing Day Swim making its welcome return.
Lido Ponty is now open until Friday, October 29.
Morning swims will be offered at 6.30am-7.30am, 7.45am-8.45am and 9.30am-10.30am every weekday next week, extending to early morning swims at 6.30am and 7.45am on Saturday and Sunday, followed by five sessions including casual/lane swimming, splash pool with fountain and the inflatable activities.
Half term has just been made more fun as the timetable will include early morning swims at 6.30am and 7.45am every weekday and then five sessions in which, again, all pools are open and inflatables are out.

Please be aware that Lido Ponty will not be open on the weekend at the end of half term. The final day will be Friday, October 29.
It has also been confirmed the Boxing Day Swim will return and further information re prices and booking will be released as soon as they are available.
