Carer Connections is a regular group providing an opportunity to discuss your caring situation if you wish to. This group looks at ways to take care of your wellbeing, and strategies which may make it easier to look after yourself whilst you’re caring.
This group is run by the Carers Support Project’s counsellor.
It takes place every second Tuesday of the month from 10 am – 11.30 am at the Carers Support Project Hub, 11-12 Gelliwastad Road, Pontypridd CF37 2BW.
Booking is essential.
