Lifeline+ is a new service that offers reassurance and support to you and your loved ones, 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.

The service aims to support you to live safely and independently, in your own home, with the assurance that help is available at the touch of a button.

Building on the existing Lifeline package of a personal alarm and response unit that you can use to contact us if you find yourself in difficulty, Lifeline+ can now offer the additional support of a 24/7 Mobile Responder Service.

Mobile Responders are fully trained and experienced staff who can support you when an emergency situation occurs, such as a fall, where they are able to support you to get back on your feet.

Mobile Responder Service - How does it work?

  • Personal Alarm pressed that connects you to the 24/7 Lifeline Monitoring Centre
  • Lifeline Advisor talks to you via your Lifeline response unit and determines what support you require
  • If appropriate, the Mobile Responders will be deployed to visit your home and assess your situation
  • Mobile Responders provide the relevant support to ensure you are safe and well

All Responder staff have been trained by the Welsh Ambulance Service to assess each situation and use specialist lifting equipment, if needed, and have the experience and skill set to provide personal care and support, to ensure you are settled and comfortable.  Your welfare is our priority.

  • 24/7 Monitoring Service
  • 24/7 Mobile Responder Service
  • Key Safe supplied and fitted
  • Annual System Check
  • Equipment Maintenance
  • Battery Replacements

Just £2.90 per week – for your regular Lifeline Service

The Mobile Responder Service has been funded by the Welsh Government’s Transformation Fund and is free until November 2021.  Monthly charges may apply following this period if you wish to continue with this service
