We offer training to the following levels:

Level 2 Award in Food Safety Principles (RQF)

£49.50 1 full day None but basic experience of working in a food environment is beneficial
Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering (RQF) £220 3 full days + exam on 4th day Food safety Level 2 certification is advisable

The event costs £49.50 per head and the day finishes with a short, tick box, multiple-choice paper.

Quality Assurance Support Officers who monitor food quality and safety standards are available to provide consultancy services including hygiene audits, hygiene related advice and Hazard Analysis documentation development.
