Report a Property Flood

Make sure you are safe

Before you report a flood, please make sure you and your family are safe.

If it is an emergency and there is risk to life, call 999.

Report a Flood at a Property, Business, Street or Land.

You can use this form to report a flood that is happening now, is about to happen, or has already caused damage at a property, business, street or land.

You can also contact the Council using the Council’s Customer Contact Centre details below:

  • Contact the Council Contact Centre on 01443 425001 (8:30 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday)
  • During out of office hours, contact the Council’s emergency telephone number on 01443 425011

Council Support

If flooding occurs, Rhondda Cynon Taf Council will do what it can to help. However, it is the responsibility of the property owner to take steps to protect their own property from flooding.

Flooding from motorways and major trunk roads

Contact the South Wales Trunk Road Agency on 0300 123 1213 or alternatively you can report a flooding and drainage problem via Flooding and drainage | Traffic Wales
