There are a number of sports facilities and sporting events that take place regularly at the park.
Bowls
Aberdare Bowls Club (formed in 1969) is located just off the Glan Road entrance to the park. The bowls season starts in April and finishes in mid September.
Why not take a seat and watch the members compete against other local clubs whilst soaking up the atmosphere?

Tennis
Aberdare Tennis Club is located opposite the disabled car park entrance at Aberdare Park. Formed in 1989, it has been growing from strength to strength and offers a range of tennis sessions to suit all ages and capabilities.
