Aberdare Park

Don’t miss the extravagant fountain just behind the café, which is the same as the one which stands outside Raffles Hotel in Singapore.

Travel through the tree and rhododendrum-lined pathways to the Gorsedd Circle which was built to commemorate the park hosting the National Eisteddfodd in 1956.

If you have little ones, don’t miss the adventure playground and you can also bring your kit and enjoy a game of tennis on the courts.

Aberdare town centre is just a few minutes’ walk away if you fancy a browse in the shops or a bite to eat.
