‘Proud Councils’ is a voluntary partnership of Welsh local authorities (Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Merthyr, Newport, Powys, RCT, Swansea and Torfaen) who are proactive in the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people.
