Free outdoor cinema at 3:30pm – bring a picnic rug and enjoy the recently released musical fantasy Wonka!
Live Music Stage – more info on our fantastic performers will be available soon here and @whatsonrct on facebook, twitter and Instagram.
Free Petting Farm – always a huge hit with our younger visitors!
Food, craft and information stalls – there’ll be lots of fun and food available, you can find out who’s coming along here

Childrens' Donkey Rides – another popular activity for our younger visitors.  Rides cost £1 and tokens can be purchased from the What’s On marquee.
Circus Skills – head over to the Gorsedd Stones near the food and craft stalls, for the free circus skills area.  Another favourite with our younger visitors!

Funfair - as always there will be rides and stalls for younger visitors as well as larger rides for the thrill seekers.

In addition to all this fantastic entertainment, for the first time ever, Aberdare Festival will also host Teddy Bears’ Picnic.  The popular event for the under 5s will take place around the bandstand area and will include information on services available to parents and carers of pre-school age children.
