Community Room Hire

The Hub houses four community rooms and one I.T. suite:
The use of themeeting rooms and training rooms are free of charge to Community Groups, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council Staff and Non Profit organisations. Commercial organisations can hire these rooms at reasonable rates.

The One4All services supports individuals to make an application or submit further evidence for some Council services on an appointment basis. Appointments can be booked here

Childcare

Sparkles Day Nursery (based on the lower ground floor of the Hub) is a full day nursery, open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday. We provide meals, drinks, snacks, nappies and all the activities and nurturing that children from 6 weeks to 5 years old need. All Staff are qualified and DBS checked. Toilets
|
Male and female public toilets available plus a full changing facility- accessible toilet, fully adjustable electric changing bed and Oxford ceiling tracking hoist.
Anyone requiring accessible use of toilet facilities and changing spaces, the building now houses a Changing Place which will enable people who require extra equipment and space to allow them to use toilets safely and comfortably.

Employment advice and support
|
Communities for Work Plus (cfw+) offers support to all residents in RCT who are looking to get into employment, training or volunteering and an appointment can be booked via workandskills@rctcbc.gov.uk or via the book appointment tab on Facebook or contact 01443 425761

Community Learning
|
There are a range of community learning classes as well as arts and cultural projects on offer at the Hub. These will be advertised within the Hub and will also be promoted on this webpage shortly.

Local Payment Point

These payment points can be used to pay for a range of Council services, including council tax bills, business rates and more.
