The Council’s award-winning Vision Products has renewed its membership with Secured by Design, the official police security initiative.
Secured by Design (SBD) is owned by the UK Police Service with the specific aim of reducing crime and increasing safety for businesses and individuals. SBD seeks to improve the physical security of buildings and the surrounding area using products such as doors, windows, locks and walling systems along with fencing systems that meet the SBD Police Preferred Specification security requirements.

Having launched its new website last year, showcasing all the wonderful work it does, Vision Products continues its amazing success story. Established in 1993 as part of Rhondda Cynon Taf Council, Vision Products is a supported business that provides a diverse range of accredited, price-competitive products and services.
The organisation, based in the heart of the County Borough, supports adults with disabilities to overcome barriers to employment, providing them with opportunities to attain skills and qualifications to gain sustainable paid employment.
