Cancelling your Lifeline or Telecare service

If your circumstances change and you, or someone you know, no longer need your Lifeline or Telecare equipment, call our 24/7 team on 01443 425090 to notify us of this change.

Either we can arrange for a convenient time for the equipment to be collected from you, or we can provide you with details of where you can return the equipment.

Payment for the Lifeline/Telecare service will cease from the date that the equipment is returned to us.
