What kind of qualification will I complete on the programme?
All successful applicants will be enrolled on a Project Management Level 4 qualification, which will include day release for workshops. Level 4 is equivalent to a Foundation Degree. Project Management is a hugely valued and transferable skill that you will use throughout your career progression. You will also be expected to complete all mandatory training required by RCT Council and any additional role specific development as and when required.
I graduated years ago, can I still apply?
Yes, we are happy to receive applicants who have been in the workplace since gaining their degree.
Will I be offered a job at the end of the Graduate Programme?
While we cannot guarantee a job at the end of the programme, the vast majority of Graduate Officers who have come through the programme have gained employment with RCT Council at the end, 70% to date.
