Learning and Development

Holidays
Holiday entitlement for a standard employment contract starts at 26 days (pro rata) in addition to 8 public holidays, increasing to 31 days (pro rata) on completion of 5 years continuous service.
Our employees also have the option to purchase additional annual leave up to a maximum of 10 days (pro rata) per year.
