Learning and Development

Pension Scheme

We offer a generous workplace pension scheme for staff with teacher’s pensions available for relevant roles.


Holiday entitlement for a standard employment contract starts at 26 days (pro rata) in addition to 8 public holidays, increasing to 31 days (pro rata) on completion of 5 years continuous service.

Our employees also have the option to purchase additional annual leave up to a maximum of 10 days (pro rata) per year.

Salary Finance
