How long have you been in your job and what did you do before?

I started working for social care at RCT Council 2003 as a Homecare Worker during my time I’ve had many posts, I’m currently a Night Mobile Supervisor.
I always had good support with work and personal life and have always had the best training which has helped me get where I am today.

What does your job involve and what is a typical day like?

My job involves providing service for vulnerable people with in RCT and managing supporting staff. My work shift is nights, these can be very busy sometimes having to make difficult decisions promptly.

What’s the best thing/s about your job?

Knowing I’m helping people who need us and giving all my support possibly.

What attracted you to apply for a job with RCT Council?

Support, security, good training and improvement to excel.

What positives have you experienced in your career with RCT Council?

It’s always good to know that your actions are helping others.
It has been an amazing achievement to be able to work my way to where I am today.

What is the best thing about working for RCT Council?

Working as part of an enthusiastic team proving support to people who need us.
