Due to the ongoing developments with the coronavirus outbreak in Wales and RCT, and the need to focus staff resources towards services, we are only able to accept applications online using Transport for Wales website.
Concessionary Travel cards are issued by Transport for Wales. Applying online via their website is the quickest and easiest way for you to receive your travel card. For further information visit www.tfw.wales/travelcards and follow the simple instructions. Please note: In all instances you will be required to provide your National Insurance Number as your application cannot be processed without it.
If you’re unable to apply online, you can ask a friend, family member or someone you trust to apply on your behalf. However, if this assistance is unavailable you can visit your local Council library to attend Digital Fridays which take place every Friday between 10am and 12pm, where a member of staff will be available to assist you.
Alternatively, you can book an appointment to attend a One4all centre either online at www.rctcbc.gov.uk/bookit or by telephone on 01443 425005, where assistance will be available to complete your application.
