Putting your bags out for collection
Put your bags at your collection point between 7.00pm the night before and 7.00am on the morning of your normal collection day. Do not block pavements or dropped kerbs.

These collections happen automatically from all households.

- Black bags - Every three weeks
Registered collections
You must regsiter to receive these collections.
Changes to your collections
Unplanned changes
Our crews may be delayed and may not collect your bags until later in the day. If your bags have not been collected after 24 hours, you can report your missed collection.
Christmas and New Year collections
During Christmas and New Year your collection days may change.
There are NO changes to collection days following other Bank Holidays.
