Your bags may not have been collected if:

Bags that have not been collected will have received a sticker. Read the advice and either reduce the weight of your bags or remove any item's that are not allowed. Place your bags out on your next scheduled collection day.
How to store your bags or dispose of your recycling
Store your bags off the kerbside until your next collection day or take recyclable items or garden waste to your local tip or recycling centre.
Report a missed collection
Our crews may be delayed and may not collect your bags until later in the day. If your bags have not been collected after 24 hours, you can report your missed collection.
