Landlord Grants and Loans

Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs) are available to landlords, whose tenant(s) have a disability and require adaptions to the property to help them maintain their independence within their home. 

Private landlords can access an interest free loan aimed at those with properties to rent or sell on completion of refurbishment works, with the aim of bringing empty properties back into use.
