Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is proud to announce a significant new contract with Trivallis, as Vision Products has recently secured a 6-year contract to deliver new and replacement windows and porches across Trivallis homes. This programme will begin with an initial three-year term, with the option to extend for a further three years.

This contract marks a major milestone for Vision Products, reinforcing their reputation for delivering high-quality window replacement schemes while offering and creating meaningful employment opportunities for local people with disabilities.

Nicola Williams, Service Manager at Vision Products, said: “We are proud to have secured this 3-year contract plus the option for an additional 3 multi-year contract with Trivallis, continuing our long-standing and valued working arrangement. This continued support reflects not only the strength of our working relationship, but also their commitment to supporting local businesses that make a real social impact.

“As a supported business, Vision Products provides meaningful employment opportunities for disabled people, and this contract helps us further that mission while delivering high-quality windows, doors, and porches to the communities we serve.”

This partnership builds on a long-standing relationship between Vision Products and Trivallis, which has already delivered thousands of window replacements across Rhondda Cynon Taf. The team will manufacture and install energy-efficient windows and porches, helping to enhance the safety, comfort, and sustainability of tenants’ homes.

Vic Cox, Director of Assets & Sustainability at Trivallis, said: “We’re delighted to continue working with Vision Products and to award them this significant contract. Vision’s dedication to providing opportunities for people with disabilities, while delivering top quality products and services, is something we are proud to support. This partnership is about more than just improving homes, it’s about strengthening our communities and supporting inclusive employment.”

This contract not only reflects the strength of our partnership with Trivallis, but also highlights the value of investing in inclusive, community-focused services. Vision Products continues to demonstrate how supported businesses can deliver both exceptional quality and meaningful impact – improving homes whilst empowering individuals.

Councillor Gareth Caple, Cabinet Member for Social Care, said: “This contract is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the team. We’re proud that Vision Products is recognised not only for the quality of their products, but for the positive impact they make in people’s lives.

“I look forward to seeing how the work with Trivallis continues, delivering real value to tenants and the wider community.”
