These safe, structured lessons are the perfect way for you and your child to develop confidence in the water together. Our qualified instructors will help you and your child (4 months - 3 years +) to progress at a pace that suits you.

This weekly, fun class allows parents and carers with tots (4 months - 3 years) to enjoy the swimming pool together. These 'drop in' sessions are a perfect introduction to our more structured baby and toddler swimming lessons. * Please note this session only takes place in Llantrisant L.C.

Baby Swim

Baby Swim sessions are at a Leisure for Life centre near you.

The fun swims offer babies and toddlers (and their parents or carers!) the chance to enjoy safe and entertaining sessions in the water, building confidence and getting the tots used to being in a pool.
