The Sport RCT 100 Club is an incentivised scheme which has been launched to recognise and reward the people who make sport happen across Rhondda Cynon Taf. Volunteers give up their time coaching, washing kit, being on committees and helping with all the other roles needed at our clubs, schools and community sessions – we challenge you to complete 100 hours and be part of the Sport RCT 100 Club!
Why Get Involved?
Volunteering is rewarding for everyone involved but as a small thank you, we offer a wide range of incentives in return for your time. Once you have signed up as a Sport RCT Volunteer, you simply need to start volunteering at an agreed session to begin benefiting from the following rewards:
-
Free access to courses and training opportunities
-
Sport RCT kit
-
Equipment
-
Sport RCT 100 Club Volunteering Award
-
Give your CV a boost with a Sport RCT recommendation
-
Pathway into our Paid Coaching Team
-
Volunteer of the Month nominations
Where Can I Volunteer?
Your voluntary hours need to be agreed with us before starting; no matter what experience you have, we can help you find a session to play your part. If you already have a volunteering opportunity available, we simply need to agree your role with a mentor before we begin to track your hours.
