Coaches & Volunteers

In Rhondda Cynon Taf there are thousands of sports volunteers giving their time to make sport happen. RCT has over 300 community sports clubs that all rely on a volunteer workforce to deliver sport.

We can support your current coaches and volunteers in the following ways:

Workforce Training Calendar - courses and workshops
Volunteer of the Month award - rewarding and recognising
Resources and coaching videos
100 Club (for those signed up as a Sport RCT volunteer)
Funding for personal development (available to eligible sports clubs via Sport Wales Be Active Fund)

We can also help you to recruit new coaches and volunteers. We have a Sport RCT Volunteer scheme where we recruit, support and reward volunteers. We are always looking for opportunities to deploy these volunteers. If you would like support to recruit new volunteers click here.
