Large household or garden items can be booked for collection from your kerbside. Collections cost £24 for up to 3 items.
Items that we collect can include:
- Fridges, freezers, washing machines and tumble dryers.
- Cookers or stoves.
- Sofas, beds, cupboards and other furniture.
- Exercise equipment.
- Outdoor furniture, slides, toys and trampolines.
- Lawnmowers, ladders and other large garden equipment.
- Garden shed panels, doors and wood.

Book a collection
Book for up to 3 large household or garden items to be collected from your kerbside at a selected date. Booked collections cost £22, are non-refundable and dates cannot be changed.
Collections take place between 7 am and 6 pm on your booked collection day. If for any reason collections are delayed we will call you to let you know.
Book a bulky item collection
Follow these instructions when putting your bulky items out for collection:
- Put only the items you have requested on your booking out for collection.
- Additional items which have not been booked in, will not be collected.
- Follow instructions given on your booking when placing items out for collection.
- Make sure loose item are secure and safe at your collection point.
- Place your bulky items at your usual bin collection point between 7pm on the evening before, and 7am on the morning of your booked collection day.
