A Met Office weather warning of heavy rain affecting parts of Rhondda Cynon Taf has been issued from 09:00 Friday (February 19) to 12:00 Sunday (February 21).
Motorists undertaking essential journeys are advised to take extra care and drive according to the conditions. Heavy rain and strong gusts of wind are forecast at times, which could result in traffic/travel disruption in some areas.
The Council’s Highways teams have been proactively monitoring drains and culverts ahead of the latest Met Office weather warning covering Rhondda Cynon Taf and will have crews available to deal with any issues that may arise.
