This Group processes penalty charge notices (PCNs) for Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC, Merthyr Tydfil CBC, Blaenau Gwent CBC, Caerphilly CBC, Monmouthshire CC, Newport CC, and Torfaen CBC. Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) patrol and enforce marked and/or signed traffic restrictions e.g. single/double yellow lines, disabled bays, loading bays, etc. Such restrictions are supported by Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) and PCNs are issued for associated civil parking contraventions
