Craft of Hearts Activity Terms And Conditions | Rhondda Heritage Park, Museum of Welsh Mining

Ticket sales are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Inevitably, bad weather can affect any event. If we have to cancel the event as it is unsafe to proceed, visitors will be offered an alternative date/time if applicable. A refund will only be offered if Craft of Hearts cancel the event.
Craft of Hearts will ensure that all crafts are age appropriate (ages 5 - 16). Please discuss with us prior to the event any arrangements you wish to make for younger children.
Parents/Carers must advise the staff on duty of any relevant allergies the child may have.
Activities may be messy (paint etc.). Please ensure your child is wearing appropriate clothing. In our efforts to use less plastic, we will not provide aprons or gloves.
You are welcome to bring aprons or other protective clothing to put onto our child before the activity - please note this must be your responsibility, as staff will not have the opportunity to do this for you.
Please understand that your child may use scissors and paint brushes etc, therefore children must be accompanied and supervised at all time.
Should your child have additional needs please contact Craft of Hearts on 07917467103 at least 1 week prior to the event in order for us to make every effort to ensure these needs are met.
