School Catering, Free School Meals and Breakfast Clubs

Free breakfast in primary schools is an integral part of our wider work to improve food and nutrition in schools and ensure all children are treated equally.

All Primary pupils, including Nursery pupils in full time education, are now entitled to receive a free nutritious meal every day they attend school.

RCT Catering Services provides a tasty and nutritious menu to all primary schools within Rhondda Cynon Taf.

Free school meals are available to children whose parents/carers are currently receiving certain benefits.

Catering Services has an online facility where a medically prescribed diet can be requested.

You can pay for your child’s school dinners online.
