Rhondda Cynon Taf Council runs a comprehensive library service for residents of the County Borough, which includes 13 libraries, 2 mobile libraries, an At Home service where books are delivered to users homes, a schools library service, as well as online and e-book services.

Since 2015, the Council has invested over £1.7m in improving and modernising the Library service.
